At Costa Cane, we take security very seriously and treat the safety of your
credit card details with the utmost importance. Your web browser will go
into 'secure mode' as soon as you click to go into the checkout section
before you enter any personal or payment details.

Being in 'secure mode' means that all of your details are encrypted to keep
them secure. As an additional security measure, no credit card details are
stored once your order has been processed.

The Small Print.

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Costa
Cane web site. You should read through them carefully before placing your
order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you
and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

Order Confirmation.

We will validate your card details before your order can be accepted.
Once validated, we will send order confirmation to the email address you
have supplied to us.

Delivery.

Delivery applies to Spanish Mainland addresses only. Most deliveries can
be made within 21 days but allow up to 28 days. If an item is not currently
in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or shortly
thereafter.
Our website does not include our whole range and some other items are
available at request

Pricing and Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we
receive your order, and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation,
with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the
option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and
will give you a full refund.

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. Prices are inclusive of
VAT unless otherwise stated. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit
card. We accept Visa, Master card, Delta card, American Express and Switch.

Other methods of payment are available such as cheque, in which case you should print out a completed order form and telephone or post it with the
correct payment within 7 days.

All goods will remain the property of the Costa Cane until paid in full.

Costa Cane reserves the right to alter or amend specifications or
dimensions without prior notice.

Security and Clearing.

All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure
connection. That is to say that all your credit card information is
encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

Refunds and Exchanges.

If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, please
telephone us and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your
purchases. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changed your mind on Furniture?

If you change your mind before we deliver your order, we will be happy
to give you a full refund however if you change your mind after delivery we
will deduct a €50 handling charge for taking your order back. Refunds will
only be processed once the items have been collected. The time limit for
returns is 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
